Position: Public Relation Officer (PRO) – 2 Vacancies

Public Relation Officer (PRO) - 02 Vacancies

The PRO supports the company’s Government Relations activities by handling routine documentation, assisting with visa processes, and maintaining compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations. This role works closely with the HR team and external government departments to ensure smooth and timely processing of employee‑related services.

  • Renewal & Cancellation to monitor for all the employees.
  • Coordinate with MOHRE, Immigration (GDRFA/ICP), and other authorities for day‑to‑day submissions.
  • Support in preparing and organizing all legal / visa paperwork required by governmental bodies.
  • Submit and retrieve documents such as Emirates IDs, medical test forms, labour contracts, entry permits
    , and related approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all government transactions, receipts, timelines, and payments.
  • Ensure documents are completed correctly, scanned, and filed in the employee database.
  • Guide employees with their visa stamping
    , medical appointments, Emirates , and dependent visa queries.
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries related to visa status, renewals, and documentation.
  • Ensure that all procedures follow UAE labour laws, immigration rules, and company policies
    .
  • Notify HR and department heads of upcoming visa expiries
    , cancellations, or compliance deadlines.
  • Assist in preparing reports on visa and licensing activities as requested.
  • Provide support in preparing letters such as NOCs, salary certificates, and government application forms.
  • Assist Senior PROs in coordinating with municipalities, notary services, police departments, and embassies
    .
  • Track progress of submissions and follow up with government portals (e.g., MOHRE, Tas’heel, Amer, ICP).
  • Can also manage vehicles renewals and maintaining NOC.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in UAE PRO or administrative/government relations support (preferred).
  • Good knowledge of UAE labor and immigration rules.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills in English
    ; Arabic is an advantage
    .
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with online government portals.
