About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) & Reporting Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Success Factors ECP, payroll operations, reporting, and AMS/support engagements. The consultant will play a key role in managing and supporting a recently implemented SAP Success Factors ECP solution and ensuring smooth payroll operations for the business.
The candidate should have hands‑on experience in delivering at least 2 end‑to‑end SAP Success Factors ECP implementations and should possess strong post‑go‑live support and stakeholder management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage onsite SAP Success Factors ECP support operations for a recently go‑live environment.
- Provide functional and production support for SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Handle payroll incidents, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and enhancement requests.
- Work closely with business users, HR teams, payroll teams, and technical teams to ensure smooth payroll processing.
- Support payroll validation, reconciliation, statutory compliance, and payroll audits.
- Monitor payroll interfaces, replication jobs, integrations, and middleware‑related activities.
- Configure and support payroll schemas, rules, wage types, payroll functions, and payroll processes.
- Develop and support SAP Success Factors reports using:
- Ad Hoc Reporting
- Report Stories
- SAP Analytics/Embedded Reporting
- Support integration between SAP Success Factors EC and ECP.
- Coordinate with offshore support teams and ensure SLA adherence.
- Participate in hypercare, stabilization, and continuous improvement activities.
- Prepare functional specifications, support documents, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments, interfaces, and reporting enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with UAE payroll regulations and local statutory requirements where applicable.
- 10+ years of overall SAP HCM/Success Factors experience.
- Strong hands‑on experience in SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Experience in delivering minimum 2 end‑to‑end SAP Success Factors ECP implementations.
- Strong experience in AMS/support projects and post go‑live support engagements.
- Experience in handling payroll production support and payroll issue resolution.
- Good understanding of Employee Central to ECP integration and replication processes.```
- Expertise in payroll processing, payroll control center, payroll schemas, and rules.
- Experience in Success Factors reporting tools including:
- Ad Hoc Reports
- Report Stories
- Strong stakeholder communication and client‑facing skills.
- Experience working in onsite‑offshore delivery model.
- Ability to work independently in a customer‑facing onsite role.
- Experience with UAE Payroll and Middle East payroll processes.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll regulations.
- Experience with SAP CPI/Integration Center is an added advantage.
- Exposure to SAP Time Management and Employee Central is preferred.
- Experience in payroll reconciliation and year‑end payroll activities.
- SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Certification – Mandatory
- Additional SAP Success Factors certifications will be an advantage.
