Job Summary

Desert Man Transporting and Contracting is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Timekeeper to join our HR Department. The Timekeeper will be responsible for accurately tracking employee attendance, working hours, overtime, and leave records. This role is essential to ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

• Monitor and record employee attendance accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on timekeeping data, identifying trends and discrepancies for management review.
• Assist in the preparation of payroll data by providing timely and accurate attendance records to the payroll department.
• Coordinate with department heads to resolve attendance-related inquiries and provide necessary support for time tracking systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in timekeeping or payroll processing roles, emphasizing practical knowledge in handling attendance systems.
• Certifications in payroll or human resources (e.g., CPP or PHR) are advantageous.
• Experience with timekeeping software and payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Kronos) is essential.
