Job Overview
Source and screen blue‑coll‑ar candidates with specialized skills for oil and gas projects focusing on trades like welders, electricians and riggers.
Responsibilities- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct in‑depth interviews, assessing candidates’ technical abilities, experience and cultural fit within the oil and gas industry.
- Perform background checks and reference verification.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the blue‑coll‑ar workforce, including trade schools, unions and industry associations.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in blue‑coll‑ar recruitment within a manpower supply or staffing company in the UAE.
- Proven experience hiring for Oil & Gas and Construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of trade categories and skill requirements, UAE labor market and hiring practices, mobilization and deployment processes.
- Experience coordinating overseas recruitment (India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Philippines – preferred).
