Offboarding Team Leader - Abu Dhabi, UAE
We re Hiring Offboarding Team Leader - Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Requirements- Minimum 7 years of overall experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, or Offboarding
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE market
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and offboarding procedures
- Proven experience in End of Service Benefits (EOSB) calculations and final settlements
- Experience handling employee exits, visa cancellations, clearance processes and documentation
- Ability to manage large-scale offboarding operations and lead a team effectively
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Lead and manage the end-to-end offboarding process
- Ensure accurate calculation of End of Service Benefits and final settlements
- Coordinate visa cancellations, employee clearances, and exit formalities
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Maintain accurate employee records and offboarding documentation
- Manage and support the offboarding team to achieve operational excellence
