Recruitment Officer (UAE National) – Abu Dhabi & Al Ain, UAE

We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join a prestigious government sector entity in Abu Dhabi.

• UAE National (Abu Dhabi Passport and Family Book Holder)
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle (end-to-end recruitment)
• Strong expertise in:
  • Candidate sourcing and attraction
  • CV screening and shortlisting
  • Conducting interviews and candidate assessments
  • Interview coordination and stakeholder management
  • Onboarding processes and security clearance procedures
  • Recruitment administration and reporting
• Solid experience with Emiratisation initiatives and UAE labor market practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work effectively with hiring managers

• Manage the complete recruitment process from requisition to onboarding
• Source, screen, assess, and interview candidates
• Coordinate interviews and provide hiring recommendations
• Support Emiratisation targets and recruitment initiatives
• Facilitate onboarding and security clearance processes
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and recruitment procedures
