Job SummaryAs the Colleague Experience (CX) Coordinator, you will ensure a seamless and supportive experience for colleagues across all touchpoints of their employment lifecycle, acting as the bridge between HR and cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities Flexibility, Cross‑Training & Teamwork- Provide multi‑skilled support across Onboarding, HR Operations, Transport, Accommodation, and Offboarding.
- Collaborate with colleagues, vendors, and HR stakeholders to ensure seamless handoffs and service continuity.
- Foster a proactive, solution‑oriented culture and act as a brand ambassador.
- Deliver exemplary HR customer service, guiding new and existing colleagues through interactions.
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing guidance via phone, email, or in‑person.
- Escalate and resolve complex concerns while adhering to HR procedural integrity.
- Participate in continuous HR training to stay updated on regulations and best practices.
- Implement and refine company policies and workflows to streamline HR processes.
- Drive compliance with data accuracy and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with external partners on visa and legal milestones.
- Optimize business strategies through audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate colleague profiles in HCM databases.
- Organize and categorize personnel files securely.
- Monitor process approvals to prevent bottlenecks and verify document accuracy.
- Oversee HR office operations, including purchase requests and inventory monitoring.
- Ensure administrative resources, such as welcome kits, are available for onboarding.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1‑2 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Exceptional problem‑solving and adaptability in fast‑paced settings.
- Proficiency in core office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
- Empathetic and professional demeanor with emotional resilience.
- Postsecondary education in Human Resources administration or related field.
- Functional knowledge of Oracle HRMS or comparable HCM systems.
- Multilingual proficiency.
