Human Resource Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain all personal related data files and ensure validity of requirements such as visa, medical insurance card, security pass, license, etc.
• Prepare annual leave plan for all staff.
• Coordinate with the HR Department to facilitate leave forms, salary certificates, etc.
• Prepare KPI reports.
• Manage all requirements concerning labor camp and transportation.
• Manage all allocated vehicles, ensuring insurance, CNIA pass and registration are valid.
• Prepare purchase requests for spare parts and consumables, and coordinate with suppliers for delivery.
• Perform any other related duties and projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in HR roles, demonstrating a track record of effective HR practices.
• Certification from a recognized HR body, such as SHRM or HRCI, is highly preferred.
• Experience in a fast‑paced industry such as tech, finance, or healthcare, to understand diverse workforce dynamics.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations applicable within the region.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is advantageous for effective communication.
• Proficient in HR software systems and tools, including ATS and HRIS platforms, for streamlined processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and use data to drive decision‑making.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
