Collect and review country-specific labor laws, regulations and relevant HR inputs from designated sources.

Translate labor law content and HR-related documents between Arabic and English, ensuring accuracy and consistency of terminology.

Convert country labor law requirements and entity inputs into structured country-specific HR policy annexures aligned with the Group s standardized annexure framework.

Draft complete People Culture P C policy annexures covering all applicable policy areas, ensuring clarity, completeness, and proper documentation of entity practices.

Ensure consistency and standardization in annexure structure, language and formatting across all countries and entities.

Incorporate updates and feedback provided by the Global Policy Lead and country focal points into annexure drafts in a timely manner.

Maintain organized documentation and version control of all drafted annexures and supporting materials.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Law, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken), with the ability to accurately translate legal and HR-related content.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and employment regulations across different jurisdictions, with the ability to interpret legal requirements into practical HR applications.
  • Experience in HR policy drafting, documentation, or content structuring, preferably within a corporate or multinational environment.
  • Strong skills in document preparation, standardization, and formatting using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail with the ability to produce clear, structured, and consistent documentation aligned with defined templates and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with HR frameworks, governance models, or policy implementation practices is an advantage.
