Employee Relation coordinator

Overview

Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disputes, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. Administer and communicate employee benefits programs, acting as a key point of contact for inquiries and enrollment. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment. Support the HR team in managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.

• Administer and communicate employee benefits programs, acting as a key point of contact for inquiries and enrollment.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely hiring.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Support HR reporting, audits, and compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience within Recruitment, HR Business Partnering, and/or HR Operations.
