Position Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Partner you’ll own the complete, end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, focusing on securing high‑calibre technical (software engineering & product design) and commercial talent. You will enable the company’s ambitious growth plans by ensuring a high-quality, high-velocity hiring process.
Please note:
Experience recruiting into the Technology / SaaS / IT Professional Services industries is a key requirement for this role. We’ll also prioritise candidates who have owned hiring into the Sales / Commercial function of a technology company, and have a track record of success working within fast-paced high-growth organisations.
- Build and maintain pipelines proactively — particularly for niche, specialist, and hard-to-fill roles
- Source via Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and community networks
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
- Keep pipeline trackers accurate and visible to stakeholders at all times
- Recruit for commercial and sales roles including Account Management, Pre‑sales Consultants and Partner Managers at all seniority levels
- Understand what good looks like in revenue-generating profiles and assess candidates accordingly
- Partner with sales leadership to align on candidate profiles and market availability
- Guide candidates from application through to offer
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely feedback loops
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the process
- Gather feedback to continuously improve recruitment quality
- Work with hiring managers to clarify role requirements
- Provide regular pipeline updates and market context
- Support and design structured interview and evaluation processes
Prior experience hiring in technology, SaaS, or professional services environments is strongly preferred.
Hands‑on experience hiring commercial or sales talent in a B2B or SaaS environment is a strong advantage.
Recruitment Operations- Maintain ATS records, requisitions, and candidate data accurately
- Track metrics including time‑to‑hire, pipeline conversion, and source of hire
- Contribute to employer branding and referral programmes
- Apply automation to reduce manual steps in the recruitment workflow — scheduling, follow‑ups, pipeline tracking
- Stay current with emerging recruiting technologies and identify opportunities to improve existing processes
- Comfortable experimenting with new tools and sharing learnings with the team
- Sourcing via Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards with emphasis on niche and passive talent
- Experience of community building or engaging with a passive candidate pool in innovative ways
- Candidate screening and fit assessment, including commercial and sales profiles
- ATS management with high attention to data accuracy
- Familiarity with AI sourcing, automation, or productivity tools in a recruitment context
- Tracking and reporting core recruitment metrics
- Clear written and verbal communication across teams and audiences
