Senior Recruitment Consultant - UAE Nationals
The Recruitment Senior Specialist is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes in line with the university’s strategic Talent attraction planning. The role ensures effective sourcing, selection, and onboarding of talent while maintaining compliance with relevant employment laws and university policies. You will be directly managing your business requirements as a trust Recruiting partner and be proactive strategically in advising your stakeholders on Process, talent market trends and expectations.

Collaborate and partner with department heads to gather and validate recruitment needs aligned with workforce manpower planning for the Fiscal year.
Responsibilities- Monitor and update recruitment status with departments, escalating delays or issues to the Recruitment Manager.
- Identify appropriate recruitment channels and manage relationships with job boards, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing partners.
- Supervise and maintain a comprehensive database of recruitment sources and screen shortlisted candidates.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts in accordance with approved grading and compensation structures.
- Ensure end-to-end recruitment processes are completed efficiently and in compliance with university frameworks and labor regulations.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for onboarding logistics including visa processing, housing, insurance, IT setup, facilities access, and other joining formalities.
- Implement and facilitate orientation programs for new hires in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Maintain and organize new employee files (hard and electronic), ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance.
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics and maintain analytical reports on staffing trends and outcomes.
- Assist in driving recruitment initiatives and outreach campaigns, liaising with external entities as needed.
- Support recruitment system automation and ERP-related configurations to streamline hiring workflows.
