Overview
HR Director required to provide strategic leadership across all Human Resources, Organisational Development and Administration functions for a workforce of over 10,000 employees. The role will drive HR transformation, Emiratization, capability building, performance management, and government relations while ensuring the organisation operates with best‑in‑class people practices, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership across HR, Organisational Development and Administration functions.
- Drive HR transformation and implement Emiratization initiatives.
- Build capabilities and enhance performance management systems.
- Manage government relations and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure operational efficiency and best‑in‑class people practices.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proficient and experienced in government relations.
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum). Construction or large head‑count business experience required.
