Experience:
10+ Years
- 10+ years of SAP HR / SAP Success Factors experience
- Strong hands‑on expertise in Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Good understanding of Employee Central (EC) and EC‑ECP integration
- Experience with payroll schemas, payroll processes, and data flows
- Expertise in payroll discrepancy analysis, reconciliation, and data mapping
- Experience in multi‑country/global SAP environments
- Knowledge of statutory and compliance payroll requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience coordinating offshore support teams
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and reconciliation issues
- Support payroll testing, upgrades, patches, and statutory updates
- Validate payroll reports and statutory outputs
- Ensure end‑to‑end payroll support and governance
- Monitor data quality, system health, and operational KPIs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and offshore teams
- Support incident management, root cause analysis, and solution implementation
