Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee personal files HR records and documentation Ensure employee records are accurate complete and compliant with company policies and UAE regulations Manage employee onboarding documentation and induction processes Prepare HR reports manpower statistics and employee-related data as required Supervise daily attendance and timekeeping activities Monitor absenteeism overtime leave balances and shift schedules Coordinate with departmental timekeepers to ensure accurate attendance records Resolve discrepancies between attendance systems and operational records Support payroll processing through accurate time and attendance data Oversee labour camp operations and employee accommodation facilities Ensure accommodation standards comply with company requirements and local regulations Coordinate room allocations employee transfers and accommodation arrangements Address accommodation-related complaints and employee welfare concerns Coordinate transportation requirements for camp-based employees Maintain custody tracking and control of employee passports and official documents where applicable Maintain passport movement logs and document control registers Monitor expiry dates of passports visas Emirates IDs labour cards and other employment-related documents Coordinate employment visa processing renewals transfers and cancellations Liaise with PROs government authorities and service providers on immigration and labour-related matters Manage employee medical insurance enrollment renewals additions and deletions Maintain records of employee insurance coverage and eligibility Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and workplace concerns Investigate employee complaints and recommend appropriate resolutions Support disciplinary actions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Handle labour disputes and coordinate with management and relevant authorities when required Promote positive employee relations and workplace harmony Manage resignation termination and end-of-service processes Coordinate visa cancellations final settlements and employee exit formalities Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover trends Ensure company assets documents and access rights are recovered upon employee separation Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law immigration regulations and company policies Support internal and external audits related to HR records and employee administration Prepare HR dashboards and reports covering manpower attendance turnover leave utilization and accommodation Recommend and implement improvements to HR processes controls and employee services.
EducationBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
ExperienceMinimum 5–8 years of HR and Administration experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within construction, fabrication, oil & gas, marine, or industrial environments.
SkillsStrong employee relations, administration, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
KnowledgeSound understanding of UAE Labour Law, visa and immigration processes, employee relations, payroll inputs, accommodation management, and HR administration.
SoftwareProficient in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
