HR Executive – Hospitality; Emirati nationals
Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive (UAE-local) to join a leading hospitality organization in Abu Dhabi. This role will support HR operations and help ensure a positive experience for employees across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
- Maintain HR records and databases in line with company policies.
- Support payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Assist with performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and HR policies.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- HR certifications (CHRP, CHRM, or equivalent).
- Experience in hospitality or multinational organizations.
