Ali & Sons Holding is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Specialist to join our Group HR team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical HR professional to play a key role in shaping and enhancing our Total Rewards framework across a diversified group of businesses. The successful candidate will contribute to compensation and benefits, job architecture, workforce planning & budgeting, HR analytics, and reward governance initiatives that support the attraction, retention, and engagement of top talent.
WhoAre We Looking For
We are looking for a commercially minded professional with strong experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Workforce Planning & Budgeting, or HR Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of salary benchmarking, job evaluation, grading structures, incentive programs, and manpower budgeting, coupled with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation, benefits, recognition, and incentive programs
- Manage key annual reward processes, including merit increases, bonus cycles, promotions, and salary reviews.
- Maintain and enhance the Group's job architecture, job evaluation, classification, and grading frameworks.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, and internal equity reviews to support data‑driven reward decisions.
- Support annual manpower planning and budgeting activities, including workforce forecasting, headcount costing, and budget analysis.
- Develop Total Rewards dashboards, analytics, and reports to provide insights on workforce costs, reward effectiveness, and market competitiveness.
- Contribute to the implementation and optimization of Oracle HCM Fusion Total Rewards and Compensation modules.
- Develop and maintain Total Rewards policies, governance frameworks, and best practices across the Group.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Workforce Planning, or HR Analytics.
- Demonstrated experience in job architecture, job evaluation, grading structures, and compensation program design.
- Strong understanding of salary benchmarking, incentive programs, workforce costing, and manpower budgeting.
- Advanced Excel skills with proven experience in data analysis, modelling, and reporting.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Fusion, SAP Success Factors, or similar HR systems.
- Professional certifications such as CCP, GRP, CIPD, or SHRM are an advantage.
