• Supervise and control all activities of the HR department.
• Assign tasks, set priorities and monitor performance of HR team members.
• Ensure HR team compliance with policies, timelines and quality standards.
• Act as the final internal checkpoint before HR matters are escalated to management.
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations for riders, drivers and staff.
• Recruitment and onboarding.
• Documentation and employee records.
• Medical insurance coordination.
• Leave and workforce status management.
• Disciplinary actions and investigations.
• Ensure no operational disruption due to HR delays.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, MOHRE regulations, WPS governance and medical insurance requirements.
• Lead and manage MOHRE inspections, audits and investigations.

• Performance KPI tracking
• AR, CR, punctuality, productivity
• Incident and disciplinary case handling
• Accommodation & transportation coordination
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
• HRMS and attendance systems knowledge
• UAE labor law compliance

• Leadership & supervision – ability to lead HR coordinators and rider captains.
• Ability to enforce discipline while maintaining morale.

Must have extensive experience in managing HR functions, preferably in logistics, delivery services, transportation, FMCG, manpower outsourcing or high-volume workforce environments.
