Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements while adhering to deadlines.
- Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll discrepancies and manage internal and external audits.
- Stay current with payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure the organization is compliant and avoids any penalties.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably within a mid- to large-sized organization.
- Certifications such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) are highly desirable.
- Experience with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and HRIS systems is crucial for effective job performance.
