This role ensures compliance, mitigates risks, and promotes operational excellence in HR practices across the organization.##

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
* Design and embed internal controls to ensure compliance with labor laws and Masdar’s policies.
* Conduct regular audits and assurance activities on People & Culture operations.
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with HR processes and data.
* Prepare reports on governance, controls, and assurance for senior management.
* Promote a culture of compliance and ethical conduct within the People & Culture team.## Requirements
* Extensive experience in HR governance, internal controls, or assurance roles.
* Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and best practices in HR.
* Proven ability to develop and implement robust HR policies and frameworks.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage complex projects and drive organizational change.
* Relevant professional certifications (e.g., HR, Audit, Risk Management) are a plus.## Benefits
