HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources function across its group companies.

Key Expertise: UAE Labor Law, HR operations, government relations, payroll & compliance

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across group companies, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Ensure full adherence to UAE Labor Law and all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with government authorities, including the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE) and other regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with group standards.
  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership and business units.
  • Monitor compliance risks and lead internal audits and readiness for government inspections.
Requirements

Location:

Abu Dhabi, UAE

  • 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and local employment regulations.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, payroll management, and government compliance in a group or holding company environment.
  • Strong understanding of MOHRE processes, visas, work permits, and labor compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working within a multi-entity or diversified group structure is highly preferred.
