Technology Recruiter

We are seeking a highly capable and delivery-focused Technology Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for technology and digital roles across a large, diversified group in Abu Dhabi. This role will play a key part in building strong technical teams across multiple business units, supporting ongoing digital transformation and technology initiatives.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Deliver against hiring plans across multiple business units and priority projects.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience and timely hiring processes.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technology talent.
• Use Linked In, Boolean search, talent mapping, and networking to build strong pipelines.
• Identify and engage passive candidates for niche and senior technical roles.
• Provide market insights, talent availability, and compensation benchmarking.
• Assess candidates on both technical capability and cultural fit.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and sourcing effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on technology hiring.
• Proven track record of hiring for technical roles across multiple domains.
• Strong understanding of technology functions, roles, and skillsets.
• Expertise in Linked In sourcing, Boolean search, and direct talent mapping.
• Experience working in large, diversified organizations or high-growth environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
