The Specialist, Employee Experience is responsible for managing core employee lifecycle operations and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee records across e7 Group.
The role oversees onboarding and offboarding processes, employee records management, benefits coordination, attendance and leave administration, and probation process tracking. The position ensures operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality employee service delivery in alignment with Group policies and labor regulations.
Key Accountabilities1. Employee Lifecycle Administration
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and verify employment documentation, contracts, and system updates.
- Ensure timely processing of employee status changes and contractual amendments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files (physical and digital).
- Ensure integrity of employee data within HRIS systems.
- Monitor documentation completeness and compliance with audit standards.
- Safeguard confidentiality of employee records in line with data protection standards.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation.
- Administer medical and life insurance enrollments, updates, and coordination.
- Support pension registration and statutory documentation process.
- Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure timely updates.
- Monitor attendance and leave records in Human Capital systems.
- Ensure leave balances and entitlements comply with company policy and labor law.
- Support reporting on leave liabilities and workforce attendance metrics.
- Track probation periods and completion of probation appraisals.
- Coordinate documentation related to confirmation, extension, or termination decisions.
- Ensure probation documentation is filed and system-updated accurately.
- Respond to employee operational inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Provide guidance on Human Capital policies related to leave, benefits, documentation, and employment changes.
- Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the Senior Manager when required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in employee records management and HR system administration.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and documentation compliance standards.
- Strong understanding of HC lifecycle administration and documentation governance.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data management systems.
- Knowledge of attendance, leave management, benefits administration, and probation processes.
- High level of accuracy and confidentiality handling sensitive employee information
- Strong coordination and stakeholder communication skills
