Strong knowledge of HR and payroll processes and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Problem and conflict resolution skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing and HR documentation. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and Payroll Administration.
- Proven experience in payroll processing, employee records management, leave administration, employee performance evaluation, and HR operations.
- Experience in ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
