Manage and support daily administrative and HR-related operations at the site office ensuring smooth coordination, proper documentation, workforce management and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Handle day-to-day administrative activities at the site office
- Maintain employee records, documentation and filing systems
- Manage attendance, timesheets, payroll inputs and leave records
- Coordinate onboarding, visa processing and employee documentation
- Support recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations, grievance handling and conflict resolution
- Coordinate employee welfare, insurance and engagement programs
- Manage office administration, facility management and vendor coordination
- Handle logistics, travel, accommodation and transportation
- Prepare MIS reports, HR reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures
- Support project team with site logistics and admin requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance
- Experience in HR & Administration operations
- Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations
- Payroll processing and HR operations management
- HR policy implementation and compliance management
- Vendor management and facility coordination
- Travel, logistics, and resource coordination
- Knowledge of HRIS systems such as KEKA, Oracle HRMS, TAMS
- HR analytics, reporting, and advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication, coordination and leadership skills
- Problem‑solving and multitasking ability
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field (Mandatory)
- 3–6 years of experience in administration (Construction/Oil & Gas preferred)
- Strong knowledge of office administration and documentation
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Gulf experience
- Construction site administration experience
Only candidates with relevant administration and HR coordination experience will be considered.
Eligibility Criteria- Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
- Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
- Clean‑shaven policy applicable
- Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.
Managerial and Senior RolesA minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
