Position: HR Officer (UAE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR operations for the UAE business
  • Manage end-to-end HR activities: employee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, and offboarding
  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and UAE regulations, including Labour Law
  • Prepare HR reports and monthly dashboards
  • Handle employment contracts, amendments, disciplinary cases, and employee grievances
  • Support HR audits and compliance activities
  • Coordinate visa processing, renewals, cancellations, Emirates  and renewals, medical fitness and labour approvals, liaising with PROs and government authorities
  • Maintain HRIS records accurately, monitor attendance, leave, overtime and employee records
  • Prepare HR letters, salary certificates, NOCs, and employment verification letters
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance department
  • Coordinate interview schedules, prepare offer letters, complete onboarding, and conduct employee induction
  • Respond to employee HR inquiries, support engagement activities, conduct exit interviews, and assist managers with HR matters
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR Operations experience in UAE
  • Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law
  • Hands‑on experience with UAE employment visa processes
  • Experience coordinating with government authorities and PROs
  • Experience using HRIS/ERP systems
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Mandatory Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of UAE HR Operations experience
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
  • Hands‑on experience with employment visas, Emirates , MOHRE processes, and HR administration
  • Experience working in diversified or conglomerate organizations
  • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic an advantage)
