Recruitment Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple business functions from workforce planning and requisition approval through to offer management and onboarding.
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements, organisational structure and future talent needs.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high‑calibre talent through direct search, networking, referrals, social media, talent mapping and recruitment platforms.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements across technical, commercial, corporate and leadership positions.
Conduct candidate screening, competency‑based interviews and assessment processes to ensure alignment with role requirements and organisational culture.
Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, agencies and talent providers where required.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process while acting as an ambassador for the employer brand.
Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking and talent insights to support hiring decisions and workforce planning initiatives.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies, employment legislation and best practice hiring standards.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reporting through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR systems.
Support employer branding initiatives, careers events, networking activities and talent attraction campaigns.
Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs including time‑to‑hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness and offer acceptance rates.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, systems and talent acquisition strategies.
Support succession planning and strategic talent acquisition projects as required.
Requirements- UAEN Applicants only; non‑negotiable.
- Minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition with end‑to‑end recruitment cycle experience from role sourcing to onboarding.
- Strong, energetic communication skills are a must.
- Bachelor's degree minimum qualification.
