Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist; Construction

Job Overview

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier construction talent across the spectrum from skilled trades to executive leadership.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for complex construction roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Manager and project leaders to deeply understand technical requirements, project timelines and cultural fit for construction positions.
• Build and nurture robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles within the construction sector, anticipating future workforce needs.
• Coordinate internal manpower source allocation planning and distributions.

• Master's degree (MBA) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a significant focus on the construction industry.
• Proven track record of recruiting for a diverse range of construction roles, including engineers, project managers, superintendents, and skilled trades.
• Expertise in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms (Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, Naukrigulf, industry-specific job boards, professional networks) to identify passive candidates.
