The HR Assistant / HR Executive / HR Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Human Resources department. This role manages employee records, coordinates recruitment activities, supports HR operations, maintains HR systems, and assists management with a wide range of human resources responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities HR Administration
  • Provide administrative support to HR managers and business departments
  • Prepare HR correspondence, employment letters, reports, and documentation
  • Manage HR filing systems and maintain accurate employee records
  • Handle confidential HR documents and personnel files
  • Assist with general HR administration and daily operations
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Coordinate recruitment activities from job posting to onboarding
  • Screen resumes and assist with candidate shortlisting
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
  • Prepare employment offers and onboarding documentation
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment records
  • Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives
Employee Records & HR Operations
  • Maintain confidential employee records and HR databases
  • Process employment contracts, confirmations, transfers, and resignations
  • Update attendance, leave, and personnel information
  • Ensure HR documentation accuracy and compliance
  • Archive and retrieve employee records when required
Employee Relations & Communication
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR inquiries
  • Coordinate communication between employees and management
  • Support employee engagement programs and company events
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation sessions
  • Promote a positive and professional workplace culture
Payroll & Benefits Support
  • Assist with payroll preparation and employee data verification
  • Support benefits administration and enrollment activities
  • Coordinate leave management and attendance reporting
  • Process HR-related transactions and documentation
  • Maintain payroll and compensation records
Training & Development
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops
  • Maintain learning and development records
  • Support performance appraisal and review processes
  • Track employee development activities
  • Assist with internal learning initiatives
HR Compliance & Reporting
  • Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and administrative summaries
  • Update Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Support HR audits and compliance reviews
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and employment regulations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes
