• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding candidates
• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
• Plan and conduct internal HR audits and support external regulatory audits
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and staff development initiatives
• Support management with strategic HR planning and organizational development
• Ensure compliance with HR best practices and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Specialist, preferably within the healthcare or medical sector
• Strong experience in recruitment and HR audit processes
• Excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions effectively
