The Talent Acquisition Specialist (French Speaker) is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle
The role focuses on attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-caliber talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and alignment with the organization's recruitment strategy.
The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers, HR.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define recruitment strategies.
- Prepare and publish engaging job advertisements across recruitment platforms and social media.
- Source candidates using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, networking, and direct search techniques.
- Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and initial assessments.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment recommendations.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Act as the primary recruitment partner for assigned departments.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and employment legislation.
- Coordinate offer preparation, negotiations, and pre-employment documentation.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs including:
- Time-to-Fill
- Time-to-Hire
- Offer Acceptance Rate
- Quality of Hire
- Candidate Experience
- Recommend improvements to recruitment processes.
- Stay informed on market trends, sourcing techniques, and recruitment technologies.
- Support recruitment projects, workforce planning initiatives, and talent mapping exercises.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHRi, or equivalent) is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Experience in multinational organizations is preferred.
- Experience recruiting for French-speaking countries is highly desirable.
- Fluent French (Mandatory)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Boolean Search and X-Ray Search techniques
