Recruitment Manager

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets.
• Partner with stakeholders on workforce planning and recruitment needs.
• Build talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and employer branding.
• Manage recruitment agencies and support Emiratization initiatives.
• Track recruitment KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure competitive, compliant hiring through effective offer management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or executive search within UAE/GCC markets.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and developing sourcing strategies.
• Proven experience managing recruitment teams and partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies, executive search firms, or manpower providers.
• Strong knowledge of GCC hiring practices, UAE labour regulations, and recruitment market trends.
• Excellent communication, networking, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
