VP - Executive Resourcing Partner
Adecco has partnered up with Tier 1 Bank in the UAE looking for a VP Executive Resourcing Partner for a 12-month contract. In partnership with HR Business Partners and senior business leaders, develop and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy for a Tier 1 Bank to support business growth and workforce planning objectives. Drive initiatives that strengthen the organization's culture, employer reputation, and talent brand while ensuring the attraction and acquisition of high-calibre professionals across the bank.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for experienced and professional hires through multiple sourcing channels, including direct sourcing, networking, employee referrals, online platforms, industry associations, talent databases, and executive search partners.
Develop and maintain high-performing partnerships with recruitment agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality talent, while monitoring and enhancing the effectiveness of external talent attraction strategies. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition leadership, and Onboarding teams to provide efficient, customer-focused recruitment services. Contribute market intelligence, transfer knowledge, and support the professional development of local talent across the function.
Experience & Skills- Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience within banking
, financial services, or related sectors, gained either in-house or within a recruitment agency environment. - Proven experience managing senior-level and specialist hiring mandates.

- Employee referral programs
- Direct sourcing methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and develop actionable hiring strategies.
- Experience developing recruitment plans and talent attraction strategies to achieve business hiring objectives.
- Sound knowledge of competency-based and behavioural interviewing methodologies.
- Experience designing structured interview guides and assessment frameworks.
- Understanding of recruitment governance, compliance, and best-practice hiring standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted business partnerships.
- Exceptional negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced and evolving environment.

- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives and workforce plans.
- Design sourcing strategies that support an optimal mix of national talent, expatriate employees, internal referrals, direct hires, and agency-sourced candidates.
- Recommend and implement innovative, market-leading sourcing methodologies and recruitment practices.
- Monitor progress against recruitment objectives and provide regular updates on key milestones and hiring outcomes.
- Manage recruitment budgets, delivery timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
- Lead recruitment strategies focused on experienced and specialist hiring across the organization.
- Oversee recruitment workflows, resource planning, and workload distribution to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation, regulations, and internal policies.
- Deliver recruitment analytics, workforce metrics, and management reporting to key stakeholders.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes, systems, and service delivery standards.
- Maintain high-quality candidate and stakeholder experiences throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition matters and workforce planning initiatives.
- Identify evolving stakeholder needs and recommend new recruitment solutions and service enhancements.
- Stay informed of industry developments through professional networking, recruitment forums, and market engagement activities.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Professional HR or Talent Acquisition certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated recruitment expertise and practical experience are considered more important than formal HR qualifications.
- Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
