Lead Compensation & Benefits, Organization Development,Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Employee Engagement, and HRGovernance. Drive strategic HR initiatives, organisational effectiveness,workforce planning, and compliance with UAE Labour Law while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Managecompensation, benefits, salary benchmarking, annual reviews, incentives,and manpower budgeting.
- Overseepayroll governance, workforce planning, and HC cost analysis.
- Leadperformance management, goal setting, calibration, and annual appraisalcycles.
- Driveorganisational development, restructuring, job architecture, and change initiatives.
- Leademployee engagement, culture, and succession planning programmes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, governance, and compliance standards.
- PrepareHR dashboards, KPIs, workforce analytics, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and HSE requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- SHRM or CIPD certification preferred.
- 10–12 years of HRexperience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technology sectors preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, Organization Development, Performance Management,HR Analytics, and UAE Labour Law.
