Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding of technicians, service advisors, drivers, helpers, and support staff
- Attendance, leave, overtime, payroll, and incentive coordination
- Employee relations, grievance handling, and performance management
- Visa, Emirates , insurance, and employee-document administration
- UAE Labour Law and MOHRE compliance
- HR reporting, manpower planning, and training coordination
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience
- Automotive industry experience is mandatory
- Experience with in an automotive workshop, dealership, garage, tyre centre operation is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures
- Excellent communication and employee-management skills
