Job purposeTo provide comprehensive administrative and operational support throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle. The role ensures the efficient coordination of onboarding activities, accurate maintenance of recruitment and employee records, timely processing of internal and external approvals, and the delivery of a seamless and positive candidate and new joiner experience while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities- Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for all new joiners. Improve the overall candidate and employee onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment and employee documentation.
- Reduce onboarding delays through effective coordination and follow-up.
- Support timely completion of internal and government approval processes.
- Enhance communication and collaboration between HR, hiring managers, government entities, and external stakeholders.
