We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Specialist fluent in Tagalog and English to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding activities
- Coordinate document collection visa processing medicals and joining formalities
- Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure a smooth employee experience
- Liaise with HR Recruitment Payroll PRO and Hiring Managers
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in onboarding or HR operations , with strong knowledge of employee documentation, onboarding coordination, and stakeholder management.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of onboarding experience .
- Fluent in Tagalog and English (mandatory).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- UAE onboarding and visa processing experience is preferred.
