A leading Abu Dhabi-based organization is seeking experienced Human Resources professionals to support ongoing business growth and operational requirements across multiple business units.
We are currently interested in connecting with HR professionals across a variety of specializations, including Human Resources Operations, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Management.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Relevant experience within Human Resources functions
- Knowledge of UAE employment regulations and HR best practices
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders and leadership teams
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Experience using HR systems and digital HR tools is preferred
