Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Manager, HR Generalist / Talent Management
Role Overview
This role serves as a progressive step between Manager and Director, designed to strengthen leadership capabilities in driving improvement initiatives, analyzing workforce trends, and supporting performance management.
You will lead a team, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure continuous professional development while managing complex HR queries and contributing to strategic HR initiatives. The role also offers exposure through cross-training across key areas including Onboarding, HR Operations, Transport, Accommodation, and Offboarding.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Mentor team members, identify skill gaps, and support career growth
- Manage complex escalations and provide expert HR guidance
- Support budgeting, recruitment, and training initiatives
- Drive a seamless end-to-end colleague experience for employees and their families
- Guide teams on relocation processes, including immigration, housing, schooling, and benefits
- Ensure timely processing and high service standards to meet KPIs
- Handle escalations professionally and ensure alignment with policies
- Ensure accuracy of HR data, employment contracts, and immigration applications
- Monitor visa timelines and maintain compliance with local regulations
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
- Support and enhance induction programs and HR procedures
- Audit HR data accuracy and ensure proper documentation
- Analyze reports, identify inconsistencies, and recommend improvements
- Support payroll data reconciliation and approvals
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, HR operations, accommodation, and transport services
- Collaborate with stakeholders (TA, HRBPs, Finance) to ensure smooth transitions
- Manage vendor coordination, procurement processes, and budget approvals
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (Oracle HRMS preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- CIPD / SHRM certification
- Additional language skills
