We are recruiting an experienced Payroll & Compliance Officer for a UAE-based organisation.
Job DescriptionThe Payroll & Compliance Officer will manage payroll-processing activities and ensure compliance with UAE payroll regulations and the Wage Protection System.
Responsibilities- Prepare and process monthly payroll.
- Maintain payroll records.
- Manage WPS payroll submissions.
- Verify payroll calculations.
- Coordinate salary adjustments and deductions.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance.
- Maintain employee payroll data.
- Ensure payroll transactions comply with UAE regulations.
- Support UAE payroll-related compliance.
- Maintain payroll reports and supporting documentation.
- Manage payroll administration within Bayzat.
