Onboarding Manager

We are looking for a passionate Onboarding Manager with strong experience in managing high-volume onboarding operations and delivering an exceptional employee onboarding experience. You should also have proven experience in stakeholder management
, coordinating with HR, hiring managers, government entities, and external vendors while ensuring onboarding activities are completed accurately and within agreed timelines. Will be responsible for leading and managing high-volume employee onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for new hires while coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders for our client based in Abu Dhabi

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for a high volume of new hires across multiple business units.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation, pre-employment requirements, and joining formalities.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Track onboarding progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labour regulations, and onboarding procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding documentation.
• Monitor onboarding KPIs and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Support onboarding projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Proven experience managing bulk/high-volume onboarding within a large organization.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Excellent organizational and coordination abilities with strong attention to detail.

Experience working with HRIS/ATS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience with in large corporate, government, or semi-government organizations is an advantage.

Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or within a maximum of 30 days after accepting the offer.
