We are supporting a UAE-based industrial organisation operating within a regulated defence and government-related environment.
We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Officer to manage employee administration and support UAE HR compliance.
Job DescriptionThe HR & Admin Officer will support the complete employee lifecycle, including employee records, visas, onboarding, offboarding and Emiratisation-related administration.
Responsibilities- Maintain complete and accurate employee files.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Support employment visa, residency and work-permit processes.
- Monitor employee documentation and renewal dates.
- Maintain HR information within the HR management system.
- Coordinate leave, attendance and employee administration.
- Support payroll-data preparation.
- Monitor Emiratisation-related administrative requirements.
- Coordinate with PRO and Finance teams.
- Ensure HR administration complies with UAE labour regulations.
- Prepare HR letters, employee records and supporting documentation.
- Previous HR administration experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law.
- Practical UAE employment-visa and employee-documentation experience.
- Bayzat experience is required/preferred based on operational needs.
- Odoo HR experience is advantageous.
- Experience with Emiratisation administration is preferred.
- Strong organisational and confidentiality skills.
- Fluent English.
- Arabic is an advantage.
