HR Operations Manager
Client: Governmententity, Abu Dhabi (name withheld)
Contract type: 6–12 month contract, via retained HR consultancy
Language: Fluent Arabic(spoken & written) essential
Role Purpose
Hands-on HR Operations leadership able to mobilize immediately and run day-to-day HR service delivery with minimal ramp-up time. This is a delivery-focused role, not strategy design.
Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end HR operations: employee lifecycle,policy administration, HR systems and reporting
- Ensure HR service delivery meets government compliance and internal SLAs
- Manage day-to-day employee relations and HR queryresolution
- Support wider HR project delivery (onboarding newhires, data integrity, process improvement)
- 8–10+ years' HR Operations experience, ideally including public sector/government entity exposure
- Proven ability to hit the ground running with minimalhandover — strong process and systems background
