Human Resources Manager
Location:
Abu-Dhabi Salary: 1300 AED per month
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources management
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

- Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and processes to support company objectives.
- Recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring and onboarding staff.
- Ensuring compliance with all labor laws & regulations.
- Conducting performance appraisals & managing disciplinary processes.
- Handling employee relations activities such as resolving grievances & disputes.
- Managing payroll & benefit administration activities.
- Maintaining HR records & providing administrative support when necessary.
