HR manager in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. Our ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resources, preferably in the Abu-Dhabi area. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment and selection, payroll, employee relations and engagement initiatives.
The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong problem solving abilities. They should also be able to work independently and demonstrate exceptional organizational and leadership skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not essential.
The HR Manager will play an important role in developing strategies and policies to ensure that the company is compliant with local employment regulations. They should be able to oversee employee onboarding processes as well as manage staff performance reviews and training programs. In addition, they will also manage employee benefits programs, ensure compliance with safety regulations, develop effective recruitment strategies, and respond to employee inquiries regarding their rights under local labor laws.
The salary for this position is 1000 AED per month plus other benefits as per UAE law. We are open to considering foreigners for this role provided they have all necessary residency permits in place prior to applying.
