Salary: 1500 AED/month
We are looking for an experienced and organized Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The HR Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the human resources department, as well as developing and implementing strategies for recruitment, training, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, selection, onboarding/orientation
- Conduct performance reviews
- Oversee employee relations issues such as disciplinary actions, grievances, and terminations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Monitor employee attendance and performance
- Provide guidance to managers on all matters related to HR management
- Support employees with relevant training programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field of study.
- At least 5 years’ experience working in Human Resources Management.
- Proven knowledge of UAE labor laws.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
