We are looking for an experienced, driven, and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates for open positions, screening resumes and conducting phone/in-person interviews with potential employees. Additionally, the Recruiter will ensure compliance with legal regulations and manage all aspects of the recruitment process from start to finish.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to quickly assess candidate qualifications. You should also be familiar with various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media sites, and other industry-specific resources.
