We are currently looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This role is ideal for an individual with a solid understanding of the principles of human resources management and experience working in a multicultural environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures while overseeing the recruitment process.

The successful candidate must have at least two years’ experience in Human Resources Management. They should have perfect knowledge of labor laws and employee relations, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. We are also open to considering applicants from abroad who may require immigration assistance.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment processes.
• Evaluate employee performance.
• Manage employee relations issues.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and laws.
• Create training programs for employees.
• Provide advice on personnel matters.
• Develop new policies or update existing ones.
• Provide general support to the HR department.

Salary: 1000 AED/month.
