HR Manager - Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a passionate HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We are offering a competitive salary of 1100 for the successful candidate.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus in employee relations, recruitment and training. They should also possess strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and multitask effectively.

• Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future personnel needs
• Develop recruitment strategies and processes to attract potential candidates
• Assist in the interviewing process and review resumes
• Participate in new employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Oversee employee relations activities such as performance reviews, disciplinary action, training, etc.
• Support employee development by facilitating access to learning materials
• Monitor labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance within the organization
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time
• Maintain accurate records of all HR documents
