Air Q Limited in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to own end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments, including technical roles. You will drive workforce planning, build talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth candidate experience through interview, offer, and onboarding stages.
The role requires 4–7 years in recruitment, strong sourcing and screening skills, and exposure to ATS/HR systems. A proactive candidate approach and compliance with UAE labour laws are essential.
